Research & Insights Manager - Management Consultancy

Our client is an Australian Management Consultancy at the forefront of consumer insights and experience design.

This role will suit a brilliant research professional who can integrate qualitative and quantitative research, behavioural economics, analytics, and creativity in a full-service consultancy role. And it’s looking for a forward step in their professional career trajectory where they can fully utilise their people skills, intellect, and critical thinking.

Multi-disciplined, the team partners closely with high-profile commercial, social and government clients across industries from education to healthcare, technology, and services. Their insights inform strategies, communications and policies with projects from customer experience, reputation and community impact to behavioural change, segmentation, and policy evaluation.
It’s highly strategic, transformational work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build close client relationships with social, government and commercial clients
  • Explore and diagnose business problems
  • Apply quantitative and qualitative methods to understand the why
  • Design and manage fieldwork
  • Triangulate, synthesise and interpret data to uncover patterns
  • Design evidence-based interventions and recommendations that solve problems
  • Inspire clients to action
  • Support and mentor up-and-coming team membersYou must have prior consulting experience in market research, management consulting and behavioral insights.
And confidence in managing projects from the proposal through to final delivery. We’re looking for consultants equally comfortable designing questionnaires, running qualitative fieldwork, and getting stuck into the nitty-gritty of data analysis as they deliver presentations to C-suite executives.
