Quantitative Researcher - B2C, B2B, Government & Commercial

Job description

This highly successful insights agency has gone from strength to strength delivering high impact recommendations to both government and commercial clients. With expertise across both B2C and B2B projects, they are on the lookout for new talent to join their growing Melbourne team!
Having just won a major long-term tender for a huge government department, the successful candidate will come in and spearhead this account, running a complex CX focused tracker as well as regular adhoc requests and deep dives. It’s complex and interesting work, with a high degree of client contact and the need for top quantitative research and insights/story telling abilities.
Alongside running this key account, you will also have the opportunity to work with a range of other clients across retail, automotive, CPG, and financial services. Projects will be diverse and forward-thinking, covering various challenges including brand positioning, U&A. CX, brand tracking, product development, ad testing, concept testing, mystery shopping, and segmentation.
About you
  • Strong quantitative research skills including questionnaire design, analysis (ideally Q experience) and insight delivery
  • c4-6 years experience in the MR world
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • Presentation skills will be a plus, but those without experience will be trained
  • A love of collaboration. Someone who likes to get involved and work as part of a team
  • An open, kind personality. Someone who enjoys upskilling others as well as adding to their own list of skills/achievements
  • Qualitative experience would be a bonus, but isn’t essential
