Quantitative Research Consultant
- Strategic & Analytical: You will collect data to craft insightful customer narratives and extract key findings for a high-profile financial client, positioning yourself as an extension of their research division.
- Quantitative Expertise: You will have strong technical skills (SPSS, Q, Excel) and a keen interest in advancing your quantitative techniques, such as choice modelling, TURF analysis, segmentation, and regression. You’ll dive deep into large datasets, including survey data, customer data and secondary financial data.
- Client-Focused: You will enhance your consulting and storytelling abilities while working on strategic and complex ad-hoc and tracking projects. These projects will cover segmentation, brand strategy, customer experience, service design, and product development across banking, health insurance, superannuation, financial literacy, and investments. Presenting to c-suite executives, you’ll be in the boardroom.
- Full Research Cycle: You will be involved in all aspects of the research process, from stakeholder management and client briefing to designing research, managing projects, generating insights, reporting, storytelling, and presenting.
