Quantitative Research Consultant - Client-led research delivery
Job description
Join a well-established, independent insights consultancy partnering with major brands to deliver strategic, decision-shaping research.
This role suits a commercially minded research consultant who enjoys owning client relationships, leading projects end to end, and translating data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll work across a broad mix of industries and business challenges, in a collaborative environment that values curiosity, rigour and fresh thinking.
The role
Act as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships
Lead customised research projects from brief through to delivery
Shape proposals and research approaches that address real business and marketing challenges
Manage timelines, budgets and suppliers across multiple projects
Analyse data (quant and/or qual depending on project scope) and guide insight development
Create clear, compelling client outputs including reports, presentations and frameworks
Present findings and recommendations with confidence and clarity
Support the development of junior team members through coaching and collaboration
Contribute to business growth through thought leadership and marketing content
About you
1-3 years’ experience in a market research agency or consultancy environment
Comfortable running projects end-to-end and juggling multiple priorities
Confident working with clients and presenting insights
Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Q and/or SPSS
Excellent written communication and storytelling ability
Curious, pragmatic, and solutions-focused in your approach
Keen to keep learning and growing your consulting skillset
