With a highly talented team of researchers, strategists, and consultants, they are now on the lookout for their next superstar who will play a key role in their Sydney growth strategies!
  
They are looking for an expert in quantitative research, but also a leader. Someone who can actively contribute to business strategy development and implementation and lead and train junior team members.
  
You will develop your own brand image through publications, conference presentations, and regular participation in both company and industry-wise events. A thought leader and forward-thinking researcher, you will be excellent at making connections and using your strategic mind to deliver impactful insights to your clients as well as putting into action new ways of thinking and innovative approaches.
  
Directors are supported by teams comprising of ADs, Senior Consultants and Consultants to enable strategic account leadership, and focus on the development, maintenance and growth in client relationships. Clients will be varied and could include retail, transport, financial services, tech, telcos, utilities, pharma, and fmcg.
  
Who are you?
  • A highly experienced quantitative researcher with extensive knowledge of different methodologies and analytical tools. Experience in qualitative methods would be an advantage
  • A team player. Even in a senior role you will enjoy collaborating with team members of all levels, believing all ideas and voices to be valid and taking pride in the development and progression of your team
  • A strategic thinker. The team here go further than most research agencies and expectations are high when it comes to insight delivery and story telling
  • A confident presenter – both in front of clients and larger audience
  • A strong leader and mentor. You will have experience managing teams and playing a key role in areas such as business strategy and recruitment
