The agency covers issues that shape the delivery of public services in society and how to engage the public in the policy-making process. This Associate Director opportunity sits within the public communications team and you will be supporting a range of work to provide insights to comms teams across the public sector and help drive positive social change.
Projects are high profile and inform government communications. Ideally you will have a mixed-methods background (or a greater expertise in one or the other is welcome) and you will play a key role when it comes to bids and business development to help further grow the business.
More specifically you will have the opportunity to get involved in:
Leading proposals
Fully involve yourself in projects with a focus on communications scoping, testing and evaluation
Client management and development
Supporting and developing junior team members
Financial management of projects
