A fast-growing global insights and data business is looking for a Panel & Community Operations Manager to take ownership of a key capability within their operations function.
This organisation is a recognised leader in financial services research, partnering with major banks, fintechs, and insurers worldwide. With a strong international footprint and a highly collaborative culture, they combine large-scale data with deep industry expertise to deliver impactful, strategic insights.
The Opportunity
This is a newly created role, formed as part of a broader transformation within the operations team. With increased automation and efficiencies across the business, there is now a clear focus on investing in a more strategic, specialist hire to elevate their online panel and community offering.
You’ll play a central role in shaping how their research panels are grown, engaged, and optimised, directly influencing the quality and impact of their core data products.

You’ll play a central role in shaping how their research panels are grown, engaged, and optimised, directly influencing the quality and impact of their core data products.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow specialist online research panels and communities
- Develop and implement engagement strategies to boost participation and retention
- Monitor panel performance (response rates, churn, engagement) and drive improvements
- Support and manage relationships with external panel and data partners
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of panel and community strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong panel utilisation and performance
- Support campaign delivery, communications, and digital engagement initiatives
- Experience working with online panels, communities, or engagement platforms
- Background in insights, digital marketing, community management, or similar
- Exposure to panel providers or supplier management
- Familiarity with tools such as Qualtrics, InMoment, or similar platforms
- Strong communication skills with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Basic survey scripting or logic experience is advantageous
- Work on a highly regarded, market-leading data product
