Job description
Lead high-value FMCG client partnerships within a market-leading data, insights, and analytics consultancy.
Combining best-in-class FMCG data, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled solutions, the business partners with manufacturers and retailers to drive smarter, faster commercial decisions.
This is a senior commercial leadership role - not delivery - with full ownership of client strategy, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships across major FMCG accounts.

What you’ll do
- Client Leadership – Own and grow a portfolio of complex FMCG accounts
- Commercial Growth – Drive revenue, retention, and account expansion
- Strategic Influence – Partner with senior stakeholders across insights, category, operations, commercial, and marketing
- Client Strategy – Lead business reviews, planning, and long-term partnerships
- Negotiation – Own pricing, contracts, and pipeline development
- Team Leadership – Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team
- 10+ years in FMCG insights, retail analytics, or data consultancy
- Proven success managing high-value client relationships
- Strong commercial acumen with revenue ownership experience
- Deep understanding of shopper, category, or retail data (POS, panel, loyalty)
- Experience influencing senior and C-suite stakeholders
