The Opportunity
You’ll take the lead on a flagship retail account, operating as a senior partner to executive stakeholders and driving the commercial agenda across a sophisticated suite of data, analytics, and AI-led solutions.
Working across shopper, category, and retail performance data, you’ll play a critical role in helping clients unlock growth, optimise decisions, and stay ahead in an increasingly complex market.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Strategic Client Leadership – Act as the senior point of contact for a major retail partner, building deep, trusted relationships at executive level
Commercial Ownership – Drive revenue growth across direct and indirect streams, including contract renewals, expansion, and new solution sales
Account Strategy – Shape and execute long-term partnership plans aligned to client priorities and market dynamics
Growth & Innovation – Identify new opportunities across analytics, retail media, and data monetisation
Executive Influence – Lead business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and high-value commercial conversations
Team Leadership – Inspire and develop a cross-functional team spanning insights, analytics, and commercial functions
What You’ll Bring
Extensive experience (10+ years) in FMCG insights, retail analytics, or data/consulting environments
A strong track record managing large, complex client partnerships with full commercial accountability
Deep understanding of retail and shopper data (e.g. POS, panel, loyalty, or similar ecosystems)
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate confidently at C-suite level
Commercial sharpness - comfortable owning P&L, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations
Experience leading and motivating high-performing, cross-functional teams
