Continued success and growth means that they are looking to hire a Business Development Executive. This is a brilliant role for a hungry sales professional with 2-5 years of commercial sales experience.

The day-to-day:

  
Strategize and Sell: Develop robust sales strategies and account plans encompassing marketing approaches, prospecting, and partnership building.
  
Nurture Existing Business: Manage contracts, identify cross-sell opportunities, and engage in strategic sales communications with current and lapsed clients.
  
Forge New Connections: Seek out and cultivate new client relationships by leveraging networks and independently sourcing relevant resources for sales and business development.
  
Efficient Proposal and CRM Management: Handle proposal requests with precision, providing expertise to clients on best practices when it comes to research design. Utilize the CRM, proficiently logging activity and allowing for accurate financial forecasting.
  
Collaborate for Impact: Partner with the Marketing team to create impactful campaigns across various mediums, including social media and business development initiatives.
  
Industry Representation & Marker Awareness: Be the agency ambassador at industry events. Stay updated on industry trends and maintain an effective network to spot new business opportunities

  • Proven B2B Track Record: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably within market research, information and intelligence or pharmaceutical/healthcare.   
  • Credibility and Charisma: You’ll combine credibility with a dynamic, agency-friendly personality.
  • Opportunity Spotter/Natural Networker: With a knack for identifying white spaces and growth opportunities you can cultivate and nurture strong, reciprocal relationships with industry contacts at all levels of seniority.
  • Proactive Customer Focus: Proactively deliver exceptional customer service, with a positive solutions-focused outlook.
