- Partner with clients to unpack complex behavioural and commercial challenges
- Design and deliver qualitative and quantitative research to understand decision-making
- Translate behavioural insights into practical, evidence-based interventions
- Apply behavioural frameworks and experimental methods to optimise outcomes
- Shape customer, employee, and stakeholder experiences using behavioural principles
- Support pilots, trials, and evaluation (including structured testing approaches)
- Facilitate workshops and communicate recommendations in a clear, compelling way

You might be a Behavioural Scientist or Consultant with experience in consulting, behavioural insights, strategy, or research.
You’ll likely bring:
- Postgraduate training in behavioural science, psychology, behavioural economics, or similar
- Experience applying behavioural thinking in real-world or commercial contexts
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Confidence working with ambiguity and shaping client conversations
