The Opportunity
You'll become a trusted advisor to senior clients, leading strategic engagements from defining the challenge through to delivering clear, commercially meaningful recommendations. Alongside client leadership, you'll coach consultants, contribute to business development and help shape the future direction of the consultancy.

What You'll Do

  • Lead strategic consulting and insight engagements from brief through to delivery.

  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across a diverse client portfolio.

  • Design and deliver quantitative, qualitative and mixed-method research programmes that answer complex business questions.

  • Translate evidence into clear, actionable recommendations that influence decision-making.

  • Present insights and facilitate workshops with senior client audiences.

  • Mentor and develop Consultants and Senior Consultants.

  • Contribute to proposals, pitches and the continued growth of existing client relationships.

  • Deliver exceptional work while balancing quality, timelines and commercial objectives.

About You
You'll bring:

  • Solid experience within strategic insights, consulting or market research.

  • Strong quantitative research expertise, ideally complemented by qualitative or mixed-method experience.

  • Excellent consulting, stakeholder management and presentation skills.

  • A commercial mindset with experience building long-term client relationships.

  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience.

  • Curiosity, sound judgement and the ability to turn complex information into practical business advice.
