Associate Director - Brand & Behaviour Experts
Job description
A leading strategic insights consultancy is looking for an experienced Associate Director to join their growing team.
Working across a mix of commercial and social sector clients, this role sits at the intersection of brand, communications and behavioural insight. The team partners with organisations to solve complex strategic challenges through evidence-based research, with projects spanning brand strategy, campaign evaluation, communications development and audience understanding.
The Opportunity
This is a highly client-facing position suited to a strong quantitative researcher who enjoys combining technical rigour with strategic storytelling. You’ll lead end-to-end quantitative projects, oversee large-scale tracking and ad hoc studies, and work closely with senior stakeholders to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations. You’ll join a collaborative, intellectually curious and fast-paced environment with exposure to meaningful commercial and social impact work.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll lead quantitative research projects from proposal through to delivery, managing all stages including project design, questionnaire development, analysis and insight delivery. A key part of the role will involve translating data into compelling strategic narratives and presenting findings confidently to senior stakeholders.
You’ll work across brand, communications and campaign evaluation studies, while also helping strengthen client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives and support more junior members of the team.
About You
Why Apply?
This is an opportunity to join a respected strategic insights consultancy known for delivering impactful work across both commercial and social sectors. You’ll enjoy strong client exposure, varied and intellectually engaging projects, a genuinely supportive culture and clear opportunities for long-term growth and progression.
