Role Responsibilities:
This is a growth role. A brand-new level to fit snugly between the senior and junior team.
  • Confidently running with client needs and creating strong relationships
  • Helping to create compelling proposals and research programs.
  • Designing research for tracking and ad-hoc projects with a specialisation in Brand health, market segmentation, U&A, product optimisation, CX, behaviour nudging, communications development, and policy evaluation.
  • Mentoring junior team members & moving up to direct line reports
  • Supporting the SLT and building leadership skills
  • Strong project management and communication skills through project set-up and data collection
  • Analysing and synthesising data sets to uncover crucial consumer insights.
  • Producing regular reports, presentations and strategic roadmaps to clients to inspire action
  • Getting involved with industry events to build your professional brand and represent the agency
