Executive Search
Having taken a detailed brief from the client we will undertake meticulous desk research into the marketplace in order to gauge the availability of potential candidates. This will be supplemented by a vast knowledge base of contacts that have been built up in order to cover every angle. A list of “Prospects” will be approached discreetly to gauge their interest in the opportunity with a view to a detailed face-to-face discussion. Resources Group will then make introductions to the client and manage the whole process through to offer and successful conclusion of projects.

Advertising Selection
This approach is generally used if a role is broad and there are likely to be a number of prospective candidates to attract with the required skill sets. We are able to organise high-profile media campaigns and then detailed screening of relevant candidates. This service is managed by experienced Consultants, including response management, interviewing/screening applicants, selection and submission of a shortlist to our client.

Combined Search & Selection
